The primary objective of this study is to provide evidence on the determinants of young educated people to launch a new business venture. The relevant literature establishes evidence that the educational environment is the main factor that not only facilitates business opportunity recognition but also develops skills for founding and managing a business. The methodological approach is based on a questionnaire survey collecting data from 364 students spanning the period 2000-2009. In addition, the empirical methodology applies the panel cointegration and causality methodologies. The empirical findings are crucial to policy makers to entail better outcomes in terms of designing better strategies in dynamic entrepreneurship.
