The intensity and quality of entrepreneurial activity plays a center role for the growth and evolution of economies and societies. This paper comprises a quantitative research as far as the views of key company representatives in relation to how entrepreneurship and innovation works in Greece, as well as the actual practices applied in their companies. Research approach and methodology is based on structured questionnaires delivered electronically a representative sample of Greek companies. Quantitative research includes evaluate specific strategies and tactics that trigger entrepreneurial and innovative action, taking into account the particularities of the Greek economy and business landscape, while suggesting how they can be applied in specific fields and how benefits can be reaped. Analysis evolves several factors that formulate the entrepreneurial activity as innovation clusters, intra-organizational features, competitive advantages, employment creativity, export activity and growth. Through this specific evaluation and comparison, we propose some suggestions as far as the preferable directions are concerned for the entrepreneurial activity in Greek era.
