Analyses of stock behavior on WSE and financial crisis

The superior earns and loses from stock investments are generally connected with bull market and bear market time. Investors build various strategies and use various technics of investments in order to earn more than stock indices during the boom time or lose less than stock indices in bear market . In the paper authors take attempt to research the behavior of stock prices and its rate of returns in relation to business cycles (climate). Analyses refer to period 2000-2011, during which time there existed strong boom and strong bear market on the WSE (Polish capital market) as a result of domestic and world economy situation. In the paper evaluation of selected authorial strategies was done. The main aim of these strategies was to preserve significant margin on the rate of return for market indices. The economic crisis carries lose risk at every turn, so in the paper evaluation of behavior of selected shares was done using proposed strategies with emphasis on economic crisis.
