Biography: Mr. Paulin is currently a Director in the Bank of Canada’s Financial Stability Department, with responsibility for financial institution analysis. This includes participating in international initiatives on the reform of the global regulatory framework. Mr. Paulin obtained an MA (economics) from Queen’s University, and an MSc (international economic relations) from the London School of Economics.
