Biographical Sketch:
Rodrigo Villamizar-Alvargonzalez is a former energy Minister, Ambassador to Japan and Asia Pacific countries and World Bank economist, now visiting professor at San Diego University, IEB and Florida Atlantic University. He is advisor to Agbar, Fersa, Erpasa, Bioenergy, Sahcoil, Greenwell and Carbon Solutions America. He recently founded PD4C (Perfect Diet for Companies; COMET (Corporate Metrics); and BORAMETZ. He consults with energy groups and government agencies in Washington DC (Energy Department, EIA, Inter-American Dialogue and Latin American Initiative). He recently coordinated the program to assist KA CARE (King Abdulah for Atomic and Renewable Energy) in Saudi Arabia (KSA), a project allocated to IEB (Spain) and LSE (UK). He is also coordinator of the executive MBA in ‘Watergy (Water and Energy) Management’ for Agbar representing San Diego State University.
