Biographical Sketch: Dr. Michael Wohlgemuth is Director of Open Europe Berlin and Professor of International Governance in the Law and Economics department at the University of Bayreuth. He is also managing Research Associate at the Walter Eucken Institute in Freiburg and Research Associate at the Center for European Studies in Brussels. His major fields of research are in new institutional economics, economic theory of politics, economic systems theory, evolutionary economics, social and legal philosophy, and history of ideas.
