 Biography: Ann Harrison is William H. Wurster Professor of Multinational Management and Professor of Business Economics and Public Policy at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a Research Associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research. In 2010-2011 she was Director of Development Policy at the World Bank. From 2001-2011 she was a Professor of Agricultural and Resource Economics at the University of California-Berkeley. Her most recent books are The Factory-Free Economy, Development Challenges in a Postcrisis World, and Globalization and Poverty.
