Biography: Cecilia Elena Rouse is the Dean of the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, the Lawrence and Shirley Katzman and Lewis and Anna Ernst Professor in the Economics of Education, and a Professor of Economics and Public Affairs at Princeton University. Previously she has served as Theodore A. Wells ’29 Professor of Economics and Public Affairs, Princeton University, 2006-2011. Member, President’s Council of Economic Advisers, 2009-2011. Special Assistant to the President of the United States, National Economic Council, 1998-1999. Assistant and Associate Professor of Economics and Public Affairs, Princeton University, 1992-2001.
