M10-2 A TIME OF CRISIS | |||
The sustained and consistent economic growth which has characterized many industrial nations for many years has in some ways hindered our ability to objectively analyze, predict and appreciate the precise effects of our economic activities and development. Few of any of us were aware of the crisis which has slowly but surely caught up with us and is effecting at the micro level of organizations and human resources, and at the macro level, the very climate which regulates our world, and which in turn, effects all business activities. In this session, we intend to examine this theme from various perspectives in order to establish the state of the art and to outline an agenda of priorities for future research. | |||
