K10-1 HOW WELL DO PUBLIC POLICIES REDUCE NEGATIVE EXTERNALITIES?
This session includes four papers all of which analyze the impact of a different government regulation on various economic outcomes. The purpose of the session is to help inform policymakers on the efficacy of the implementation of their regulations.
