Paper presents recent ratings of corporate governance for the companies listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange. Ratings are based on the assessment by the institutional investors. The companies’ financial performance are examined against their corporate governance standing. Ratings of the Polish Institute of Directors are the source of the corporate governance data. The Notoria data base serves as the source of financial data. Methods include logistic regression both binomial and multinomial type. It is expected that the relationship of corporate governance standings of companies and their financial performance is improving for Poland.
