Problems of School Education in Conditions of Knowledge Society Creation

The Czech high schools are not yet able to prepare graduates for practical life. One problem of Czech education system is that priority in learning has swotting. The second problem appears at the end of elementary school, where pupils are divided on those with ambition to graduate somewhere and the rest that isn’t able to do it. The scientific contribution of the article is analysis of the main problems of the Czech high schools today and finding the way how to solve them.
