Estimation of possibility to supply the selected region from renewable energy sources.

The issue of energy supply sustainability is the context of increasing energy consumption more urgent problem. The fundamental problem here does not only involve itself in the completeness of non-renewable resources, but also in their unavailability for political or economic reasons.

The paper discusses the estimation possibility of technically available amount of renewable energy to supply the selected region. All the theoretically exploitable energy resources in the territory are considered. On the basis of statistical calculations and data supplemented by qualified estimates are determined by the total quantification of these potential sources of the theoretical maximum percentage share of those resources at the current energy consumption in the region under.
