Innovation activity of the polish manufacturing enterprises

In a global market economy competitive predominance of enterprises has an impact on development and efficiency of their innovation activity. In recent years the Polish enterprises are spending more and more money on innovation work which is resulted in significant increase of enterprises efficiency in different areas. In particular there is observed a variety growth of goods and services, an increase in market participation, new markets’ expansion, quality improvement of products, and production capacity enlargement.

In the paper an analysis of expenditures and effects of innovation activity of the Polish manufacturing enterprises based on the statistical data coming from Central Statistical Office in Warsaw.

The sample covers the time period 2006-2009.
