O52-2 (2132) CHALLENGES TO EUROPEAN UNION INTEGRATION - II
This session continues session I with papers, which analyze newly arising challenges to the deepening of the European Union integration. Those challenges stem from the expected inclusion of new members into the monetary union and from the possible impacts of the financial crisis and the inflation history on integration. Impacts on markets, policies and EU institutions will be dealt with. Also, papers will discuss and present models and methods, which allow insigts beyond the standard nominal convergence perspective.
